Johnny Depp and Amber Heard: See ya, Tokyo!

Making for a family affair, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard prepared to depart Tokyo, Japan on Thursday morning (July 18).

The Hollywood pair arrived at the Narita International Airport with Depp’s kids Jack and Lily-Rose before boarding their flight.

In career news, the 50-year-old actor is feeling the rash realities of the business as his film “The Lone Ranger” continues to bomb in the box office.

The Hollywood Reporter estimates that it’s set to lose $150 million for Disney, the studio behind the film.

“Outside of Jack Sparrow, he’s not a huge box-office draw,” says Jeff Bock, senior box-office analyst at Exhibitor Relations. “Everybody knows that if you just look at his box-office record. He’s probably offered just about every role out there still because his name does carry weight, but he chooses to go that road-less-traveled path.”
